Almost Birthday

Two days until my birthday. Yippee.

Not really. I already got all my presents: money, a bag, a crystal bracelet...oh and I'm going to get a lipgloss from cullysushi when I get back.

Today we had a family dinner with my mom, my grandparents, my uncle and aunt and cousin. Of course, my mom missed the moment when I blew out the candles on the birthday cake because she couldn't handle the camera (even though I already set up everything for her so that all she had to do was to press the shutter button at the right time). So while my nasty little cousin tittered, I had to pretend that I was blowing out the candles so that my mom could take a picture.

This happened last year too.

Last day of TOEFL preparation class tomorrow! Yay! I'm genuinely excited about this. No more waking up at 6:45, no more getting crushed in the subway (especially at the People's Square stop), and no more being steamed in the classroom with no aircon until an hour into the class.

Next week: shopping time.
